Information about our rating function

Our forum allows guests as well as verified customers to rate products or the shop. Verified customers are identified as having a guest ordering or user account. After completing a purchase, they are sent an email with a link which they can use to rate the purchased product.

We value the spectrum of opinions and experiences and we also publish non-verified ratings. For example, these can come from users who have acquired the product from another shop but would still like to give their opinion of it.

We publish both positive and negative ratings since we are convinced that it is extremely important to authentically reflect customer opinion.

We check each rating. We reserve the right to remove ratings or comments if they:

• Use indecent language, slanderous comments or other unsuitable forms of speech for a public forum
• Contain price information, advertisements, spam or references to other products, offers, websites or competitors
• Include email addresses, phone numbers, internet links or other contact details

Additional checks are not done for comments made by guests.
